Candidate Demands Welfare Recipients Shower for their Money

Carl Paladino is running for the Republican gubernatorial nomination in New York. One of this clever campaign ideas involves requiring welfare recipients to learn basic hygiene as a requirement for receiving their government support. Critics claim this is a racist and utterly insensitive idea that humiliates those struggling just to get by. Others believe that it’s the least that should be done by those getting a free ride from the government.
